WEED CONTROL AND FERTILIZATION
Our lawn care program consists of 8 rounds that promotes a thick healthy lawn that is weed free.
Round 1:
Late Winter/Early Spring
Potassium fertilizer to help grass roots establish a strong hold in the soil and helps the lawn absorb nutrients, stay healthy and help fight diseases during the weather changes.
Round 2:
Early Spring
Balanced fertilizer with pre-emergent to keep those pesky spring weeds (crabgrass) from germinating. This Fertilizer helps lawn to green up as we come out of winter dormancy.
Round 3:
Late Spring/Early Summer
Balanced fertilizer with soil conditioners to achieve maximum results to help grass grow thick and fill in any bare areas, while under the surface we get rid of root damaging grub infestations. In this application (bermuda lawns only) we include another round of pre-emergent to help with spring and summer weeds from germinating.
Rounds 4:
Early Summer
Balanced slow release fertilizer with organic compounds to enrich the soil and grass plant for great health and color.
Rounds 5:
Summer
Fertilizer packed full of micronutrients along with iron to maintain health and color during the summer heat and drought conditions.
Rounds 6:
Late Summer/Early Fall
Balanced fertilizer with higher potassium to help repair and strengthen the lawn as we are coming to the end of summer and headed into fall.
Round 7:
Fall (very important round)
Fall liquid pre-emergent fertilizer application to prevent any weeds. Let's stop weeds before they even get started.
Round 8:
Late Fall/Winter
Another application of pre-emergent to have a longer residual action of stopping weeds.

Fire ants are no fun to encounter. We offer a fire ant treatment that we guarantee to last all year.
LIQUID AERATION
Just like us your lawn needs oxygen, water, and nutrients. Aeration is one of the most important things you can do to have a yard that only others will ENVY. We recommend aerating in both the spring and fall if possible but please do at least one aeration a year. With this said we here at Green Envy Lawns charge a lot less than our competitors for liquid aeration.
